How we renew your policy
At Towergate Coverex our main emphasis is on customer care and
maintaining relationships with clients. When it is time to renew,
we guide clients through the process to ensure the policy still
meets the requirements of the business and the needs are
determined.
Insurance needs may change year on year and our team of highly
experienced insurance professionals will help to determine the
risks associated.
We send the renewal pack approximately six weeks prior to the
renewal date and as soon as firm instructions have been received
from the client, we aim to send the renewal documents to the
insured within seven working days.
