Does the policy provide cover for contracts outside of the
UK?
The standard territorial limits of the
policy is EU - we can however provide cover on a Worldwide basis
with or without USA/Canada as this can be arranged for public
liability and transit, and subject to a declaration at the period
end.
Do you provide Theft cover from the contract site?
Most policies provide cover from contract
sites but subject to forcible and/or violent entry to/from the
contract site. We understand that this is not practical and our
policy provides 'full theft' cover from contract sites, subject to
terms and conditions.
Do you provide cover for stock hired in?
The policy provides cover for your own
stock and stock that you 'hire in' and are responsible for, a
typical example would be 'hiring in' of plasma screens for the
duration of a show for your customer.
Do you cover stock whilst in transit to or from a contract
site?
The policy not only provides you with
physical damage cover for the stock itself, it also provides
business interruption cover following a loss or damage in
transit.
Do you offer any premium discounts if I am a member of
ESSA?
We work very closely with ESSA (Event
Supplier and Services Association) and offer all members a
discount.
