Claims process

In the event of a claim you can be assured of excellent customer service from the Towergate Coverex claims department.

Should a claim situation arise then this should be notified by phone to the Claims Department on 0844 892 1612, quoting the policy number.

The claims department will then advise the best course of action and determine whether an insurer’s claim form will be required or whether the matter needs to be reported to insurers direct and will then provide a suitable telephone number.

We recommend that any claims made against the insured are notified immediately and that no correspondence or telephone conversations be entered into until the matter has reported to Insurers.

Once the claim form is completed please return to the address above. We aim to review each claim on the day we receive them and will acknowledge safe receipt within five working days
